I was at the neighborhood of my childhood places like Sea Park, Section 13, 14 & 17, Damansara Jaya. So bloody jammed with narrow main roads & unbelievable people still stays there. It's so called established PJ areas, but these places are quite unlivable nowadays. The most livable areas are in Bandar Kinrara & Setiawalk

It's kinda funny people talking about floods & SW price falling. It's kinda funny when people still go to shopping malls when the traffic jam is horrendous. It's kinda funny when people queued up buying 4 digits although they know its a game of chance. It's so happening area even when the 4 digits shops are located in some stinking road. It's kinda funny people believe in hear says........

Well researched & well said. I agreed with your sharing....SETIAWALK has a concept of live, work & play & many developers emulated on that. SP SETIA is from the trendy & modern school of thoughts that done research globally to bring this idea to our shores. By having the facilities within walking distance within 1 roof....one is able to do so much in one- stop location. With the central water features with greens....it took us away from the hustle & bustle of traffic & stress & hence one can unwind & chill to carry on with a meaningful life.

Doomsayers about Vietnamese restaurant being close soon is just like the psychos in certain parts of the world that dug holes to take refuge based in Mayan's prediction of the end of the world on 21 December 2012. As long as the food that is cook is fresh, delicious & reasonably priced....the restaurant or cafe will survive. I truly admired those businessmen who opens up a variety of restaurant that make SW highly marketable. That makes SW a huge difference compared to other projects.

You have to constantly email to them & phone them. The maintenance staffs are quite slow in response & your stress level will increased. I got back my deposit of RM5k, after numerous follow-ups....sigh

The Facility Management department service is really lousy. You have to constantly follow up with them & you will lose your cool that subject to you scolding them.
