83C on max load for a reference card is pretty normal. smile.gif

A 670 PE on the other hand has excellent temp profile, but at the expense of louder fans, according to reviews. But to be honest, i barely hear anything louder than my single F12 PWM casing fan (exhaust). My PE running at stock non-OC speeds with auto fan settings, idle = 35C, max = 69C (running BF3).

ah so it's under 70' not 80' tongue.gif i forgot about my card

more fans doesn't mean better cooling, u have to pick the right fans and install them at the right air flow direction biggrin.gif

But yours is manually OC'ed further, so it's normal if the temp is higher a bit. biggrin.gif

Not necessarily i think. Cuz in my setup, x3 200mm fans, even with high setting they dont make noise at all.
*
is it coz of the low rpm of the fans?

There seems to be alot of this 27 inch WQHD 2560 x 1440 monitors soon to be released in the market but
im not sure is a gtx670 enough? If got option to 660ti SLI isit better??
*
if u think 670 can't handle the resolution, u can consider getting 680 4gb smile.gif

This card is juz simply drool.gif
with GPU power @ 125% (MSI AF), increment of 3C temp on auto-fan and beating a Asus 680 (ref?) in almost every bench @ 1920 x1080 is juzzz  thumbup.gif
i wonder what is the MSRP. add RM150 to nvidia suggested price hmm.gif
