Unifi UniFi torrent speed too slow, below 9kbps

Yesterday, my p2p download speed dropped all of sudden to 9kbps.
Tried restarting router, reinstalled utorrent, downloaded torrent with highest seeds but nothing seem to be improving. Even surfing internet is slow. I'm using VIP 5 btw. Is it possible that im being throttled? |
