QUOTE(alexloon @ Sep 12 2012, 10:20 AM) Seriously and i just curious to find out those who have UNifi 5mb line before and now using Maxis 10mb. ---- How is your net browsing experience compare with Unifi? Why i don't feel the O~la~la speed with 10Mb line for web browsing, except YouTube. Is it because of the Ping issue or what... seriously sometime the webgame give me lagging like hell.... stop and go and stop and go.looks very very annoying but this is first time happen to me. but after i close all and reopen again the webgame... it back to normal.... dont know it is related to line problem or my browser or the web game server issue... |

QUOTE(amil123 @ Sep 20 2012, 04:40 AM) lol today i was download 10GB movie torrent and also i was uploading it 600kbps lol... really oh ?and at the same time play MW3 multiplayer and you guys know what? after around 2 hour thompson router hang lol! last night i on my thomson router. i noticed that the cooling fan which is usb cable is plugging in was not working. initially though of cooling may spoil or rosak or can claim the warranty coz not over than 1 week... after that i trying to unplug it and plug in to the cpu usb port, somehow it seen working. after waiting for all the internet connection up, i unplug from cpu and plug in to the thomson router again ,and now it worked again. also no idea what's wrong. The thomson router last time i on it, the cooling fan should work straight away dont have to wait for sometime or warming up or something.. |

QUOTE(jerryhean @ Sep 20 2012, 02:23 PM) I see so many people putting fan for the router due to heat problem, have not encounter any heat issue since installation early July. The router is on 24/7, located inside room without ceiling fan on. I have the router standing tilted, only the edge is on the table, less surface area contact, probably can give it a try. Or I am just being lucky with the router. basically is not say got issue with the heat.just to be precaution and protect the hardware from being overheated. besides that, if it really overheated or spoiled then is a nightmare for the days without "internet" use lo. this is just my opinion and thinking of to get a cooling fan. |

QUOTE(SonicSpyro @ Sep 21 2012, 05:53 PM) I think I have fixed the problem... :| Or it resolved on its own... I dunno what happened but today I came back and it was giving me the same issue so I decided to unplug the LAN2 port on the FibreHome and directly plug in my laptop with the LAN cable to it... Obviously I just tried to plug it in to see what happened and nothing did sooo... I purposely replug the LAN cable that connects the Thomson router to the FibreHome in the wrong port... try record ur current setting before u off the modem and router lo.I then connected back my laptop to the router and logged into the Thomson page... Set "Always use the same IP address" to "Yes" for the laptop and disconnected eInternet...Clicked connect several times until the error "Concentrator not found" came up. Shut down the router and FibreHome and reconnected properly and voila... It works properly now. With my phone connected via WiFi... :| I don't dare to turn it off again for now though. once finished record all the necessary info, then only off it and try up |

QUOTE(nickcct @ Oct 29 2012, 08:41 AM) My internet down for 2 day. When connect the eInternet it show the error msg "concentrator not reachable". Call to Maxis CS then ask me rest router & setup the modem again and blah blah blah around 1 hour. Then tell me they can't solve that, then just give me a case number and ask me wait. Any solution for that problem? Anyone face that? modem signal look fine?eInternet u r referring to ? |
