QUOTE(clayclws @ Dec 16 2007, 02:30 AM) If you do find the clips, tell me where to get 'em as well...been looking for a very long time for them. Oh, and the anti-vibration strips as well. Hmm, I have some extra sound-proof materials for my car. Does it work as anti-vibration and noise reduction as well? |

From my point of view, investing on a WC solution is much better compared to a Thermalright HSF for around RM200. Before this I used to get up to 70C full load and with a Danger Den Maze 4, it doesn't go above 45C

You'll have to spend for 2 x GPU WB so if you have the budget then shouldn't be a problem because you can always sell the WB out if you don't need it anymore

QUOTE(EricCYL @ Apr 17 2010, 06:01 PM) Is there any aftermarket cooler for HD4870 VRM chip? Change my cooler to Accelero Twin Turbo Pro and the VRM chip was very hot when gaming What are the temps before/after you install the Twin Turbo Pro? Does it hang during gaming or it's just the number which is bothering you? |

QUOTE(EricCYL @ May 14 2010, 02:40 PM) The core temp' really improve with Twin Turbo Pro but not the VDDC That's odd because the rest did not report such problems. Did you use back the original front mount plate from the stock cooler before installing the Twin Turbo Pro? |

QUOTE(ComradeZ @ Jun 8 2010, 12:56 AM) The MCW-60 is a good block and tends to cool the GPU very well, no doubt and has been proven. The problem would be to cool those RAM, mosfets, etc on the card which are running really hot. RAM sinks would help but to a certain extent hence people these days prefer to go for a full covered block. If you have some of those cheaper cards where there's no full covered block, the MCW-60 would be good to do the job |

Water cooling is definitely cooler and low noise solution for a hot card

QUOTE(J1@l_ l_l l\l @ Jun 19 2010, 01:05 PM) LOL, don't like this big boss Mr. Tan QUOTE(speedhunter @ Jul 9 2010, 11:47 AM) I think most of these coolers are relatively new but TTP is proven an easy 10C drop over stock. I can't believe the temps are so close to a water-cooled GPU |
