QUOTE(zapirwin @ Aug 19 2012, 10:08 PM) Yes and also the other remarks made comparison with a camry. Especially those in the camry vs k5 thread. Didnt know owning a k5 can get bashed so badly everywhere. Don't care what ppl compare or not. BZ vs BW also many years wat.. Now our K5 can make T or H compare , can say korean cars has improved.Cheers. Enjoy the ride |

QUOTE(funnybone @ Aug 22 2012, 10:45 AM) I'm not a fan of korean cars but this K5 is giving me the chills. It look awesome and frankly am thinking of getting it. Me driving a Honday City at the moment. It will be a big shift for me from a JP car to a KR car. Would like to enquire: 1) Dependable meaning at least no problem to start up and run? 1) Dependable meaning at least no problem to start up and run? 2) Any nagging issues for first 6 mths? 3) Fuel consumption is not entirely and issue but would like to ask as well.. 4) Cost of servicing at what value for normal service? BTW...how to enter the red cube KIA showroom at Federal Highway. Coming from KL direction. I believe that will be the showroom and service center as well. The answer is U turn from sunway bridge then 500m get in left after u get down from bridge . =No problem 2) Any nagging issues for first 6 mths? =I own the car for 4 months old, so far so good. 3) Fuel consumption is not entirely and issue but would like to ask as well.. =City drive the most = full tank avg 550-600 km Highway KL-PG = full tank avg 750-800km 4) Cost of servicing at what value for normal service? =the chart is listed at 1st page. QUOTE(K5WHITE @ Aug 25 2012, 05:56 PM) true. AGREE ..the car comes with all windows are uv cut glass (except for sunroof coz i cant find the uv cut mark). I find the car with acceptable heat level after parking under hot sun, and a short burst of air cond can bring the car back to good condition. Hence, i didnt do any heavy high end heat rejection tint on the car. What i did was a cheap solar tint rm800-rm200(voucher) all windows to get the darkened effect. As for security tint, it all depends on u. Do u keep expensive stuffs in the car? Ur house and office parking safety? Whats ur security requirement? For me, better save the RM 2000 ~ 3000 for something better. or, u can drive ur car for few days first, and see how thing goes. just my opinion |

QUOTE(john2986 @ Aug 25 2012, 11:33 PM) Hey guys, hav u heard of coating called G tech by the crystal pro company? Can u split out both pricing? Thanks..And the tintin company named Rhine Pro... I need to apply coating cause where I work and stay, sometimes may hav to be parked under the sun... So for me coating is a must for me... And as for tinting, the SA told me a company named Rhino Pro, it seems they r offering 15yrs warranty, and the most important thing is they r providing security + UV & heat rejection film 2 in 1.. Have u guys heard of this company before? And lastly is it worth to spend max 5k on coating and tinting? Please giv me ur opinions, thank you Rhine pro is the brand all the cool world shop also carrying.. I m using it , so far so good.. |
