May I know when I break the car it have some sound, what is the problem? I checked the break pad, it still have a lot.

greetings Vios owner..juz send my 1st gen vios (currently clocking at 70k mileage) to SC for a inspection as some weird sound occured. the major problem they find out is that my absorber leaking d..can change d if want.so they quote me the following price:

bumper front spring = rm52.20
absorber front (right hand,left hand) = rm431.40
insulator front spring = rm59.40

bush stabilizer = rm22.80
cushion? = rm86.40

all the parts quote are for 2 units except cushion got 8 of them..labour cost around RM130.

the question is that,am I better off juz go for aftermarket absorber or juz send to SC do the thing? do aftermarket absorber perform better? and price more or less same? wad to take note when choosing absorber? sorry not that good in hardware stuff..

regarding the annoying belt noise when cold start in the morning,any solution to it? change the whole belt or buy outside? thanks..

somewhere is not closed properly.. Check your front bonet, rear bonet and all doors.. Could be one of the sensors is broken

my door seems like there's no hinge, it opens loosely and dont have like the sturdiness..so dangerous can terkena other people's car if didnt controlthe opening..are the other vios the same also? and is there any way to tighten the hinge etc?

Bought a Toyota, promised to deliver by end of July, but now tell me the stock which belong to me is no longer available!

Guys, how will you feel and what will you do if this happen to you? So damn frustrated and disappointed with Toyota. Even if you tell me you have too many stocks to deliver and made mistakes, yet this is still unbearable, right? Such a BIG automotive company and made such mistake, still take so Long to give me an explanation and a solution! Wtf is with this kind of service?

My NCP42(2005) just hit 200,000 KM recently. Thus, a major service is needed i guess.

Any idea what service that should be carried out?

From what I know, supply to dealers already stop and the rest of extra supply given to their own sales team ppls only.

me just lucky as all dealers dun want to accept booking, even accept, only give 8k disc jer & lcly tim.
manage book E with great disc around 10 June & delivered last week at Toyota PJ although no promise given.

May consider Honda City since they now offer around 10k discount too.

If it (vios) doenst belong to u, get sth else.

I got my vios bcoz of the 10k discount, if i still hv a choice, i may get City.
