Any bro knows how much is the summon by PDRM - illegal parking?

If pay within 15 days got discount 50% is it?

yes.but again have to see if this is your first time or not.first time i got rm30.then second time i got rm100 cause i pay within 15 days.over 30 days will be rm300

Sri petaling? endah regal? i got it too 9pm and u know what? i saw a dirt at my car.... hhmmm........ i guess this is the only paper iam holding. oh well......

plus it is 1 year ago and i have renewed my car licence =)

i once got a parking saman. but i lost the ticket
that was like a year ago
but until now when i check online. no saman

just keep it like i did. wait for saman discount. kept it for almost a year. when discount came, pay only rm20.

Nowadays where got like that anymore. If u pay within 15days, it'll be cheapest. For example, rm30. If u dont pay, it'll go up to rm100. If u wait till 50% discount, it's rm50. And that's only if they offer a discount.

I drop by to the place that I kena saman and I noiticed that the place that I parked my car (road side)that day actually is white line, not yellow line. So, is it illegal parking? Got chance to rayuan or not?

Added on August 12, 2012, 5:12 pmThe new shop lot area. Very difficult to find parking. Most of the cars there were double parking or parked at the raod side. That day I parked at road side.

yellow line cannot stop/wait. any other line or no line cannot park. you can only park at designated places and places that are privately owned like your porch. those who cancel their summon by providing utilities bill when they park in front of their house strictly on "budi bicara", not that they are allow to park there.

in case if you don't know stop/wait vs park:
stop/wait driver still in car and engine running
park when stop your engine. doesn't matter if you are still in the car. on the other hand, don't leave your engine running if you are not in the car. they don't define that as stop, waiting or parking. they just call that stupid.

Yeah, I misunderstood last time that white line can park, actually any place there don't have the yellow box drawing, you CAN NOT park.
Or else just kena summon when police come.
Check MyEG and see whether your vehicle kena or not, if kena then pay early so will be cheaper.

I just received one summon this Sunday. Kesalahan 2, I park at the roadside with yellow line... That is housing area.. well raya time.. you guys know.
back to my question.

After I got the summon, I went to eCurve to pay my summon, the police officer say is RM100, I say ah? not RM30 meh? I pay at the same day o..
He answered RM30 no more since March 2011. I am not able to pay the summon due to the summon haven't record to the system....

He told me that if I pay after 7 days. I need to pay RM300, as he told me like this. Is this true... or he just blaff me want to me pay immediately?
Anyone can share their experience. Please share if you get summon on this year.

Still manual lah. It depends how hardworking the police trafik person, if he keys into system on same evening when he goes back to station, or next working day. Or if he lazy, maybe 2-3 days.
That is why it won't show immediately in system.

My serious advise ? For Malaysia Boleh, don't pay. Wait till cannot renew road tax. Then wait for government declare 1Malaysia 50% discount or maybe 70% due to election coming soon.

I can only give this advise in M'sia. If in SG/Aus/etc. better settle ASAP.

My road tax expired on October... I scare I can't renew the road tax. Then after the "7 days" need to pay RM300....

What to do? advice?

I heard still can renew 6 months road tax if blacklist. Can keep renew. Not sure though, I never need to do that ... yet.

Cause last time I been in your situation now. Bodoh bodoh I go pay immediate RM300 -> RM150.
Those who don't pay and wait for 1Malaysia discount, only pay RM70-120 after few years

You see what's wrong with the system ?
Settle early, pay higher/more.
Delay and settle later, govt offer big discount, like begging you to pay instead of throw you into jail.

i had 1 illegal parking summon since last week and i manage to pay at Ikano today. is almost 10 days from the date of summon. Payment RM100. Spoke to the officer, i was told that even 1 month later the compound will be the same. He said the same thing that RM30 no more since year 2011.
