Hap Seng always show pretty images at first sight. But you will curse them after collected your house key. Lousy Workmanship and bad attitude. Never try never know!

Hi Everyone,
Any update on this project? I'd like to purchase a Condo around KLCC area. It seems this one is good compare with others. I went to the show unit, the price is about 1300 to 1400 psf. I did not do much research as i'm currently not living in KL so I'd like to hear some experts advise from this Forum. |

A extra car park will cost you 70K over that was last year price. my friend bought it above 900+ sqf with extra car park. over million+...roughly 1.8mil ..including extra carpark. total 2 carparks. 20 floors facing RSCGG unblock view. for own stay + investment.
location wise is consider very good. might even better than KLCC area in future. facing unblock view of small little future central park wannabe (RSCGG). mrt and trx just across the rhb bridge. that mrt station also future mrt 1 and mrt 2 interchange. mrt 2 can reach putrajaya. Biggest land area too.. roughly 2.5 to 3 acres. While others is freehold service apartment with only 1 acre land area only... With jalan inai Road Access is the best among all. Now whole condo undergoing renovation and upgrading. According Some blogger said their price sometimes per sqf even a little higher than goldhill...Unblock view is really attractive to me as it's getting more and more difficult to find nowadays. |

The Horizon Residences, developed by Hap Seng Land Sdn Bhd, will feature serviced apartments in two 27-storey towers that sit on 1.35 acres of freehold land. With a prices from RM1,300 psf, the development offers units with built-up areas ranging between 549sq ft to 2,551sq ft for its typical units, and 3,552sq ft to 4,316sq ft for the penthouses. Once completed, the 335 units that are semi-furnished, will have easy access to embassies nearby, the Prince Court Medical Centre, an international school, and malls . According to a news report, Japanese department store operator Takashimaya Co Ltd is said to beconsidering setting up an outlet at the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur’s upcoming international financial district, which is a stone’s throw from The Horizon Residences development. Some of the main features of the project include panoramic views of either the Royal Selangor Golf Club, the Kuala Lumpur city skyline or Petronas Twin Towers. David Khor, Hap Seng Land’s chief operating officer, says, currently the apartments have been attracting the interest of both local and foreign buyers. “The profile of local buyers are aged 40 and up, while smaller units are mostly taken up by young professionals in their 30s. “We have had Singaporeans, South Koreans and Japanese buying our units,” Khor said, adding that foreign buyers so far are from nine nationalities. He said approximately 90% of the units have already been sold. The project, which has a gross development value of RM412mil, features a floating gym, a 50m infinity edge lap pool, a bubble jet pond with stepping stones and a comprehensive three-tier security system. Each unit is also equipped with double-glazed glass to cut out external noise from traffic. “This is one of the luxury developmentsbeing worked on by the company. It’s not just a good location but it’s also filled with energy-saving fittings.”” said Khor. According to Khor, the project is using the Construction Quality Assessment System for , a widely recognised and internationally accepted construction quality assessment system by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority to measure quality standards in building projects. The project has also submitted a Green Building Index certification, which is a green rating tool for buildings. Good tenant looking for a place for his little family.
My wife and I are looking for a good condo unit to rent. Since we work nearby klcc we want to look for a unit nearby. We dont have a big rental budget (RM1500-1800) but what we can offer: 1. Longer tenure - we are not planning to move in at least 3 years time. 2. Good record - we have been renting for the last 3 years with good payment record. Never missed never late. 3. Clean & Tidy - we value the place we live in. We always keep it clean and pristine. We treat it like our own home. 4. Lifestyle - we are a simple couple who enjoys to be at home. We dont drink, we dont club or party. Occasionally we have friend over a cup of coffee and chat. We dont even watch tv. A simple and quiet life. We are looking for the right place, right owner and within our budget.
