I'd honestly recommend the brand new HOT GTX660Ti, but since you mentioned you need it urgently for GW2(I guess ), personally, I'd go with the HD7850 PE from MSI

660Ti even though reference design, is definitely well worth the $$, performance is way BETTER than HD7850/HD7870/HD7950 and comes close to GTX670!

After looking up several reviews, can safely conclude that 670 is still a better buy. I mean the RM1120 one.

I saw someone quoted that there won't be any charges for changing server during official release but only when after all the servers have stabilized. I dunno where is that post but please do read back a few pages
