As far as I know 10s swiftness 20s c/d is the shortest for one skill that gain swiftness boon.
Since swiftness stack on duration... Elementalist staff+air attunement kinda OP in term of swiftness boon (pretty much INFINITY~~~) :3 Dual-dagger+air & fire attunement works pretty well too. Think I off to sleeep... see you (or not) in another woo-hoo mental streesing test later... Might just buy the digital copy if the box will be plastic-ish. I thought of buying the box but seeing that the box might just be plastic-ish, make me think twice. Hey guys, i know this kind of noob question, if i ask someone to buy me the digital copy using paypal do the details goes to the owner of the paypal? I mean how does digital version works?
