Any chance how to get higher pay in this industry? its hard to believe you getting paid 2.8k only. do your study industrial design or product design? but lets look back at your fresh grads, work as graphic designer, none have related to what you did now and your starting with 2.5k as a junior consider not bad. stay another year or two see how it goes 1st. thats the reason i always advise fresh grads choose your path correctly on your 1st job. it make what you are today. i study industrial design also last time. may i ask, an engineer or a designer is leading your department currently? |

Does your job require special course or training? |

That's too bad. Engineer run a design development department. Other country in this field a chief designer lead the whole design department.
