i oc my dopod, maintain at 240mhz, because from the forums it says 240 most stable, i've tried higher mhz, but just maintain at 240.
obviously, oc will void your warranty, but u will see vast improvement!! |

proggie to oc your 818pro (or any other HTC/Qtek/i-mate/Dopod)...
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! 1. Unzip file. 2. Copy Omapclock and Omapclockplusv0.0.4.cab to your dopod, and open/run file and install. 3. Go to programs, find omapclockplus, set ur desired speed e.g. 240mhz, click register and then exit. 4. Do soft reset. That's it, you should feel the difference straight away! U can check speed using omapclock consule. i'm staying at 240mhz, tried 252mhz, but a lot of forums say 240mhz is the most stable. if it's .cab, transfer the file to your ppc, find it in file explorer and click it and it will install.
if it's exe, depends on the file, if you get 'not valid win32 app', copy file to your dopod and then run it. some proggie has exe you can run in desktop pc and it will install cab file to your ppc. no need to configure anything for free wifi hotspot, just turn on dopod's wifi and you will be automatically be connected. |

QUOTE(boringpig @ Sep 6 2006, 04:00 PM) hey, any nice and "WORKABLE" alarm?? i use ptravel alarm. very handy, it looks like a regular lcd clock and u can program like 10 alarms all at different times/days.i've tried using Spb Time but it can't wake me up... when i realised that i'm being late, i saw a lot of alarms notifications waiting for me to click "dismiss".. it also has snooze function when the alarm rings. it also has this sleeping function, can sleep to the soothing sounds of water or ur mp3s!!! highly recommended ***** |

wow damn cun ur 818, is that a vista skin? the pictures are ok, but definitely could be better.
ram size is small, but u can unlock external rom and delete all the dopod proggies and save some space. |
