As per my personal experience with PDA Expert Sunway Pyramid, I find them providing customer orientated service which is good if u like the idea of knowing your PDA are in good responsible hands. It is true that PDA expert does not give as much price cuts but i think it is justifiable from my point of view in regards to their customer service.

Mine had a faulty speaker and in less than a week, it was ready for collection and they won't make you feel embarrased for asking the most trivial thing about the PDA so i like the service there a lot, being a 1st time PDA user.

IMO, it is always more convenient to purchase from a shop which is nearer to yr place.

Is there a confirmed new ROM? Anyone tried to upgrade to that ROM yet?

Anybody care to share wats cool about the JAMin rom update?

After installing the ROM, it runs like Pentium 4..LoL

Actually, its much more stable and all..shdn't pose any significant problem like cant install s/ware etc etc...
