Kepong old subsale 2 storeys houses prices around Rm700k, Kota kemuning or setia alam area new 2 storeys Rm750K above, with this price range i will choose putrajaya, i only can afford Rm400k so i choose Bangi avenue Rm428k 20x70 G n G or Rm398K for 20x65, but Bangi is much far away from KL city.

Putrajaya new link house around Rm700k, it over your budget, or you dont mind to buy a condo unit, nowadays G n G is very important when choosing a house for own stay.

If your budget only Rm5xxK, you can get single storey subsale in Kepong or sri damansara areas, double storey around Rm7xxK, your budget for 2 storeys you cant even buy sham alam, puchong, putrajaya ,kajang. If i am you with this budget, i will consider Rawang Bangi area.
