1) Standard requirement is 1/3 of your nett income but certain banks are willing to accept up to 2/3 of your nett income, so please do your own homework to find out and with the new BNM ruling, max repayment period is 35 years;

2) Your savings in EPF Account II can be withdrawn to part finance your purchase of a property;

3) For your budget of +- 500k, you should be able to get both new and sub-sale DSL depending on size and location. Check it out from iproperty.

YES and NO because the vacant bungalow lot is available in the sub-sale market now and there'll be bungalow units in the upcoming launching in Sept.

I saw an ad in iProperty, around 950k.

I only heard that the sales office will be moving to Ecohill sometime end of July and the show unit will be available for viewing thereafter. No confirmation on the date of balloting yet. I will update here when I get the notification from SPS.

If this is the case, then we will foresee more delay for Ecohill? Battersea Phase 2 is scheduled to be launched soon as announced during the ground breaking ceremony earlier this month.
