Btw, how many % actually opened for staff balloting out of all the houses that going to launch in coming 1-2 months time?
Btw, today Sun newspaper got mention SP Setia profit for Q3. It also mentioned about Setia EcoHill prokect. There is this statement "Based on the high level of registrations received to date, the up-coming launch November or December, is expected to do very well". Not sure this means the first launch is going to take place in November or second phase onwards. Actually, looking forward to October and hope no more postpone. |

i just called up. SA said is going to be in October. Semenyih property has gone up so high from RM400k for terraced 20' x 65'
