Timing is really important when comes to buy DSL.... Not always first launch will Mack money... At times, one needs see when the infrastructure and commercial activities taking place...I.e. road and school.
Ask Setia Alam first phase buyers, how long they need to hold before seeing results. |

I seriously find this project at this location is too early to launch. Early phase buyers may suffer quite a bit... Bungalow land excluded.
