Yup, based on the brochure is 60 units but never confirmed with SA. Anyway, the brochure info should be correct.

I am saying setia alam first 4 to 5 yrs ROI so so only. 2009 onwards only can c the good ROI.

Sp setia got two proposed links to leaks.
1) setia Eco hill link to semenyih existing toll
2) setia Eco hill 2 ( previously call setia Emas) link to lekas. Should be new toll

Eco garden under Eco world proposed another new link to lekas. This link will be between setia Eco hill n setia Eco hill 2. Should be new toll.
