Ask Setia Alam first phase buyers, how long they need to hold before seeing results.

Yeah if for investment ill go for lecus, for own stay and investment ill go for terrace corner IF I'M LUCKY LAH !!!!!!

From the brochure, Errana is located at Jalan Ecohill 3/2A and 3/2B, from No. 1 to No. 60. So I am wondering whether the total is only 60 units lo. 

not so confident in:

1. securing a unit ( submit more form then get more chances )
2. holding power before getting good appreciation. how long have to wait? 8 to 10 years?( nobody can gv confirm answer. Based on setia alam history... Need ard 4 to 5 yrs. Maybe need to ask god.    )

You have to deposit the ballot stakeholder sum with SPS before the balloting day. On the balloting day, SPS will pick the name 1 by 1 and give number lo. For eg, the 1st name being picked will be given no. 1, then 2nd name being picked will be given no. 2, so on and so forth.

So no. 1 will go and choose his unit, follow by no. 2, so on and so forth. Faham ga?
