yeah a watermark is a good way to say 'this is my art so buzz off!' xD for me, I usually put my small sig at the bottom which can be erase easily, but heck theres no reason for my art to be taken, cause its not worth the interest haha

anyone ever tried something like an art challenge? like we come up with a topic and we try draw it out? something like that. Just a thought.

what you wanna know bout hatching? cause if you know the basic and the strokes, its really the matter practice, like alot of it. Its how I had to go thru :T

well to me art comes in my forms, like how you draw your chibis(it can still be a style which you can adapt and improve on) it doesnt really have to look '3D-ish'(sometimes it can be unnecessary) it can still be presented in a minimalistic way with just flat colors and simple shading, the important thing is you wanna identify the subjects which you have the boy kissing the girl's cheek in the simplest way to convey a feeling.

I'm not sure how a matte works lol, its not really refined. I guess its consider a matte painting, cause I literally just paint over a reference here as a base.
Its cheap work since I'm too lazy to to do perspective xD but its merely for the purpose of design on that specific car.

if you look at those old school retro style mecha they look 'armored' so he prolly going for that

exactly what you wanna learn to draw? perhaps you start with basic fundamentals, studies/observation in drawing still life.
