Hehe, I love dragons and dragon motifs. I even have a tribal dragon tattoo.

KNIFE?! LOL no, except for some REALLY traditional style tattoos, or for scarification tattooing. Modern day tattooists don't do that, it's very unsafe and unhygienic if you don't know what you're doing

In brief, tattoos are made by inserting drops of pigment/ink beneath the epidermis, or the outer layer of skin. Tattooists use a kind of instrument that rapidly taps the tips of fine needles onto your skin to insert the ink. Rather like a handheld dot matrix printer head, except it works with liquid ink instead of a print ribbon, lol.

Eight hours total. It's a fairly large tribal tattoo, so extra time was given for careful inking to make sure the pigment is really strong and dark, otherwise it won't look good.

Black Cat Tattoos. It's in that Asian/anime quarter at sunway pyramid. Last time I visited was when my sister had her tattoo done a year ago, not sure if the shop is still there, but they're good guys, plenty of business.
