Actually, they can sue you. You agreed NOT to bot when you read the ToA. You violated the ToA. Hence, you can be sued. Blizzard has gone after quite a few establishments that were making money by programming and selling bots, and has managed to get injunctions against them.The only reason they aren't coming after you is because you're a small fry, and they wouldn't get anything even if they bankrupt you.
So hay hay! What you're doing is not legal! Be a man, keep your word and delete your bots.
