QUOTE(viper1912 @ Nov 6 2012, 08:35 AM) Pirelli only have 215/45/17, it does not hv our original size. Michelin got d original size of 205/50/17 for PS3. Price is Klang is $485 per piece What's the diff in ride between our original 205/50 and 215/45? I just changed my toyo to Michelin ps3, but of 215/45. My ori toyo lasted me for 20 mths only and 36000 mileage.. All botak Liao.

QUOTE(cantona7 @ Nov 16 2012, 01:20 PM) Yes...the ori Toyo tire do wear out really fast... Mine also 40k mileage botak already... The ori size of our M3 from japan is 205/50/17. Local assemble size is 215/45/17, which is even lower profile then the ori size which is more stable. coz wearing 215 rubber instead of 205. But more bumpier ride due to 45 series as compare to 50 series. Added on November 24, 2012, 11:34 amGuys there is this tyre that fit our OEM size of 205/50/17 toyo TEO plus at d price of $390 per piece available at Hin Leong at Jln kapar Klang. I think value for $ This post has been edited by viper1912: Nov 24 2012, 11:34 AM

I would say is quite a decent tire, toyo claim is silent tyre used in previously in my CT. Not bad with this kind of price I think u can't go wrong with tyre made in Japan

Have you guys heard of Marangoni tyre???
It is kinda good because my bro installed it on his Mazda 3 and the feedback, cornering are all good...
Marangoni only make big tyre and can't seems to find small one.
Although I have to admit it is a little bit noisy. Performance tyre somehow you should expect some bad NVH but not too severe thou.

Anymore tires for 205/50/17? I'm trying to find in Sg also. They seem to have more choices.
I'm not really comfortable with Michelin after bad experience twice.. XM1 on waja and Pilot Sports on the M3.. Literally gripless when raining and cant do anything near to 80kmh.
My myvi with Turanza AR10 can hit 100++ at that kind of weather without problem!
I've always been a fan of Bridgestone.. Does Bridgestone carries this size?

Hi Mazda 3 fellows... If change the tire from to 205/50/17 to 215/45/17... Any modification need to be done? Will it hit the inner fender?
Thanks a lot.
