Tot buy Reits no need monitor.. Moral story is.. buy whatever in BURSA also hv to
check everyday.!!!!

Negative now.. AMFIRST; IGB, YTL, UOA, QCAP.

Since 2010.. doing o.k until now lor.

13 Reit counter is 50% my total Shares investment portfolio.
coz i just wanna collect dividend and dun want spend time monitoring.

I sold off GENM; GENTING; BURSA; PETDAG, YTLP... and put money into REITS...
and was happily collecting dividends. until now see 'negative'.

something is not right about this share...buy with caution

Interesting... tip for extra 'dividend'

1. Invite your entire enlarged family & friends for makan-makan, all go to AGM
2. Fill in proxy form 100 shares for each proxy, make as many proxy as you can
3. If not enough to fill up, can add separate A4 page with proxy list
4. Register proxy at door, one  by one separately, take voucher
5. Listen to 30 mins nonsense
6. Whole family & friends go for buffett lunch

= win extra 'dividend', how much depend how many person can you proxy.
