go lower than 1.25
at current price of 1.32 (div yield is below 5% FY12) & too much premium over NAV

at first was thinking about buying at 1.30.

then after deep thinking, lower it to 1.26.

IGB reit, please go lower than 1.30

Mid Valley very2 good business this few days. Jam teruk & KTM komuter also very2 full.

lots of people cursing because cannot get parking. Some people missed the movie at gsc bcoz of no parking (1.5 hr before movie also cannot)

if not mistaken, should be RM16.47 per share (after cutting 10% tax)

Current dividend yield still below 5% or already increased
