Got this error on my screen when i start my laptop.

RC410M 1024 VBIOS BR18687

Clear BIOS also same. Still wont boot. One in every 10 restarts, Windows will load, then it hangs. Motherboard failure?

Heres the specs

MSI VR320X
2.0ghz proc
2gb ram
120gb hdd

checked cmos battery? must have 2.5V above?

i think its related to your north bridge. try replacing your RC410MD

It's too much risk to be bared. Lol. that thing i can't help. it's required high skills of soldering. To replace it you will need some luck. Consequences to do this is make your Mainboard dead. Maybe sending to professional soldering for the job ? or you can your luck but i do not take the responsible.

I have the same problem with megabook s420.

First tray changing ram memory, it works in my case.
