Laptop error

Got this error on my screen when i start my laptop.
RC410M 1024 VBIOS BR18687 Clear BIOS also same. Still wont boot. One in every 10 restarts, Windows will load, then it hangs. Motherboard failure? Heres the specs MSI VR320X 2.0ghz proc 2gb ram 120gb hdd |
