Believe it can be your USB pendrive issue. I too had issues when I used a ciplak brand blush.gif of USB pendrive. When I changed to another better brand, Sandisk, I had no issues whatsoever. I am using 8Gb too. Using the same Sandisk brand USB pendrive in my other K car, also no problem. But when I used the ciplak brand, got issues.

Perhaps you can give it a try.

Hi Guys,

New joiner here smile.gif with 1.6sx Titanium Silver. Would like to feedback of the great deal & most of all the great service which I have gotten from Motorman (Edwin) from the recommendation here!

Of course his high tolerance with my fickle minded (pls don't do this to him  blush.gif ) & he made everything so convenient & hassle free for me (I trade in my car with Edwin as well).

All in all, Motorman is indeed as highly recommended as he is & I must say, am certainly a satisfied customer here!  smile.gif

Added on October 5, 2012, 11:34 pmBtw guys, I have this small little thing with my HU which I have constant problem with my USB. It's either hang when I load my USB directly from the front page choosing "USB" or it totally doesnt play at all. Tried to open songs manually, which I will still experience the whole system hang while playing for the next song.

Sent to the Naza Galaxy & according to the technician feedback, there are few possiblities which it is advisable I should not use USB of 4gbs size or bigger than that. 2gb is the ideal one which ... will there be ppl still using 2gb? & his advise is to add in one song & another song until I reach a song which has got problem.

So my question now... anyone has got this issue? P/S* I went & bought a new USB... 4gb.. couldnt find a 2gb USB heh... & still same sad.gif  icon_question.gif

I have both the Forte 1.6SX and Elantra 1.6HS....

Forte - looks more aggressive. Elantra - more elegant. So depending on my mood, I have can choose any car to drive for the day. By my wife always take the Forte... she wanna look "cool". cool2.gif , leaving me with the Elantra. blush.gif .

Spaciousness - definitely the Forte. I will use the Forte when taking the family out. Somehow, the more angular dimensions of the Forte imparts the impression of having more space. But in terms of rear passenger leg space, Elantra is slightly better, perhaps due to the shape of the front seats, which looks slimmer.

NVH - Elantra is better. Tyre noise not as noticeable as the Forte. Engine sound is more subdued, especially at higher RPMs. I got myself in trouble a few times in the Elantra, going a bit too fast for the corners shocking.gif. Doors of the Elantra closes with a more solid sound rather than the "thunk" of the Forte.

Performance - Elantra feels the more powerful. Maybe because it is dual vvt as Forte is only single vvt. I can always pull faster in the Elantra as compared to the Forte (and my wife is no slow coach driver, fyi, she is a terror brows.gif behind the wheel).

Economy - Elantra is slightly better. From home to work and back (80% highway, 20% city), I get 10km/L with the Forte and with the Elantra I get 11km/L (and this is by using the brim to brim tank method of calculation which is more accurate). I am considered heavy footed too.

Oh, my Elantra comes with "sports pedals" just like the Forte. The drivers window has auto up and down (Forte is auto down only). I am able to open the rear bonnet by pressing a button above the rear number plate (for the Forte, I need to use the key). Very convenient this item. Elantra has loads of storage space compared to the Forte. Elantra lacks the rear view camera, auto dimming rear mirror, auto folding door mirrors (what a bummer) and auto air con.

End of day, choose which you prefer.
