I also thought so, but the profit includes one-off gain on disposal of 4% of Thai AirAsia shares.

From Note 23:
...the AirAsia Berhad investment in Thai AirAsia is now accounted for in accordance with MFRS128 Investments in Associates, which requires that the equity method be used.

What are the impacts?

BTW, I think it is best to discuss further in the AirAsia thread, but I can't bump it...

People are excited when a company declares enviable dividend; I am happy if it reports good quarterly results...

AFAIK, Idris Jala wants increase the population of Greater KL to 10 million by 2020. That's, a nearly 50% increase. Demand will remain high in this region.

I guess HDD could exists for another 50 years. But it will be moving away from consumers into back office or server room. Even on consumer end, I don't think it will disappear in 10 years time.  biggrin.gif

I think notebook PC with HDD will disappear from the market very soon, but we will still use external HD to store photos, music and movies.
Of course, we may also store these large files in the Cloud, but the network connection will present a problem.
And, for privacy reasons, I think I will not store my blue movies in the Cloud laugh.gif
