nice.

Maybe is my monitor problembut some photo is underexpose on my screen. Some photo is nicer but I think some of them convert monochrome even better.. just my 2cent opinion..

nono, i think is my monitor problem, coz u r not the only one saying that my pics look dark... i darken the monitor d, hopefully better editing after this

Normally I edit photo on macbook than dual display with CRT monitor as well.. Than will transfer to iPad to make sure color is accurate enough than only upload.. Even after upload I use Xperia phone see either nice not.. hahe but different person might had different monitor calibration hence hard for us to adjust according them

I use this chart to calibrate the brightness of my monitor, not the best tool available to calibrate color, but it does help to set monitor display brightness better.

I think you need to take care of some dark area, my 2cents. Hehe

yeah, i darken my monitor d, dunno whether is because of the angle of me looking into the monitor thats y the parts that looked ok back home turned out dark here...

is time to buy new monitor.

and yeah, in fact the ori picture was much brighter! i darkened it thinking that it was too bright but not knowing that in fact it was my monitor's gamma too high

Ya, maybe you shall re calibrate your monitor, if still can't, maybe is time getting a much better monitor.
