I was told by Scenaria's SA, u get whatever u see in the unit.
Only excludes are electrical items & other renovation fittings such as cabinet. |

Anyone know, if I'd withdraw my KWSP account 2 to buy a property before buying Scenaria, I'm i still entitle to make withdraw from EPF to make monthly installment?
KWSP website does not mentioned on monthly installment payment on 2nd or 3rd house. |
