I was told by Scenaria's SA, u get whatever u see in the unit.
Only excludes are electrical items & other renovation fittings such as cabinet.

Anyone know, if I'd withdraw my KWSP account 2 to buy a property before buying Scenaria, I'm i still entitle to make withdraw from EPF to make monthly installment?

KWSP website does not mentioned on monthly installment payment on 2nd or 3rd house.

I heard Anjali sales also quite slow, as the unit is much more big (more expensive in term of price/ sqft)

Anyone here got received letter from Everise Tiara regarding application for TNB & Syabas? I got this info from Scenaria FB page.

Myself did not receive any letter from them...

North Kiara is just fancy name used by developer (a.k.a Segambut Dalam)
Actually there is no such place as North Kiara in KL.
