Has anyone else noticed whenever you delete apps, it leaves junk unused files behind ?

guys.
why sometimes when i need to download certain apps from google play it shows "error processing purchase. [DF-BPA-09]" and the apps not downloading. anybody can help? |

To be honest (i m not try to offend anyone here)......i will not go for those cheap car charger !!!! i will not risk the 2k phone with them..........i rather pay a little bit more for a 'reliable' one than those cheap one !!!! at least, if unfortunately the charger 'break' the phone, i (might) can go back to them and ask for compensation.................its just my 2cents !!
