cant install the gallery... how did you do it? i paste into the system/app also cant

On stock Sammy ROM, the ori gallery is used to set lockscreen wallpapers so no so easy to remove for me. Besides, I like quickpic anyway.

How did you get the camera to use the xperia gallery?

After taking a photo,I click on the thumbnail in the bottom right of the camera to review. After freezing stock gallery, the camera will close if I click on the thumbnail.

i just changed my unlock sound to: DE DE DE DECADE.......    i wonder if the sound of astro switch ( rocketed on~) will be too annoying

many things you can do with root browser, just need to find the resources. abit of googling can teach you alot

well basically you need to have imagination first of what you want to do with the phone, then you know what you need, and most certainly you need root to do it. it not just what apps to install...
for now the stock rom aint support custom boot animation, but if you are with AOSP rom, find a nice boot animation, and paste it in your system files (which need root browser, which need root). tadaa you got one nice boot animation.

how to go
1. go to /system/etc
2. open up default_gain.conf
3. notice the term "output volume" or "speaker volume", if applied the patch will be 63, so this is the value you are gonna change
4. how do you find what you wanna edit? well, see the term "modifier"? thats like the which part of the audio output to configure for your device, then there is this "SupportedDevice }" line, below it will determine what output hardware it will be going to use to sing, in there, find the line {"Speaker Volume", 63} and adjust values
5. You can also boost/reduce ringtone loudness by going to the modifier "Ringtone" and change the "speaker volume"
5. save it and reboot
