The trx mall construction seems quite slow. I thought the trx mall will open this year after lalaport mall, but now i see it is no longer possible.

HSR was in the edge that the govt wants to revive it again.

To get to trx there are many cheaper properties that r just 1 to 2 mrt stops away. So those who work in trx can also opt to stay in those properties as they command cheaper rental and travelling time to trx is relatively short. Chan sow lin has many new properties and it is just 1 mrt stop away.

If u add in cheras projects u hv a few thousand units located nearby ..sunway velocity 1 + 2 and one cochrane, laville.

TRX will be having a shopping mall as big as Lalaport mall @ BBCC and the buying power of the executives in trx will be relatively high as generally the finance industry pays reasonably well.

TRX is under the purview of MOF and chances of growing will be good as it is under govt initiative..

Typical prices for cheras property is less than rm1kpsf apart fr FH SV1 small unit that were launched at rm1200 psf in 2012.

Those service residences located near to KL at SV 1 & 2 and cochrane were hitting rm1k psf.

But if go further deeper into cheras like arte cheras, ekocheras, youcity, emerald 9, prices will be sub rm800 psf.

TRX long term is expected to grow in terms of occupancy. It will take another 10 years before reaching its full potential. Most of the 70 acre land in TRX have been sold to individually to developers. It is the government's aspiration to see TRX be a success.
