He got caught red handed raiding the countrys coffers. Not to mention the dubious circumstances behind several deaths of ppl related to certain cases related to him.

If he gets back into politics and hes crimes goes unpunished. It will set a precedent.

This is not the same thing. The transactions in 1mdb is daylight robbery.

If ur talking about foreign influence coming in. Najib seems to be much more willing to auction off the countrys interest for his personal gain. In fact, this may have already occured.

Anyway, i think trx and its proximity to the city centre. Basically it is the new cbd, is likely to mean that over time it will fill up.

There is a big occupancy problem now though, so its likely to take some time.
