It's not a curse , it's human nature that when good days, people tend to show off their ability in financial condition
When stormy days arrive, they only realize they didn't have enough money for the roof!

TRX surrounding will be a big issue on the completion.
BBCC might have the same issue.

COVID-19 not only put people who tend to invest in halt, also those already invest now might be facing pay cut or even worse loss their jobs.
MNC is doing all the job cut and less incentive for their expat, worse case will be they try to relocate to other places.

Offices towers in MALAYSIA is way over supply that we can imagine.
KLCC area, Damansara Heights area, Damansara Perdana area, PJ , Shah Alam, Subang area etc...
