Why not declare what that project is, then?

No need to hide. No one in this forum knows who you really are and what you look like. thumbsup.gif

hahaha now you also started bullying these idiots already ah

didnt know these wankers still sticking around LYN

More like to milk 'em for info. tongue.gif

I get very irritated when people, who are obviously SAs, come here and give vague post(s) about a project, but never revealing the full details (name, location, type of project, etc.).

How is Trion NEARBY TRX?
*
If you look at waze, it's around 3km plus to reach TRX by car, and 1 stop from the CSL LRT/MRT interchange to the TRX MRT/MRT2 interchange station, if you don't include walking 800m from Trion all the way to the former interchange in the first place. It's near, but definitely not nearby.

I was under the assumption nearby meant less than or within 1 km from TRX, but the closest project to TRX at the top of my head I'm aware of selling at around RM 6xx/sf is Platinum Mira I mentioned previously. Price/sf still a rumour until more details are available.

I thought Trion is nearer to TRX compare to Mira, though the former’s area was kinda underdeveloped hmm.gif

Just did another quick check on waze. Apparently, they're both almost at the same distance, just a bit further by a few hundred metres in the latter's case.

But I agree that they're not nearby or even next door.

This company is just an agent, not a developer. They are very active selling properties from Thailand and Vietnam to HK people.

I recall that HK folks tend to be arrogant. Hopefully I don't have one as a neighbour in the near future.

As a HK people, I would say that HK people are generally very protective to ourselves and not so friendly. This is due to our harsh and congested living environment. So, sometimes we do not know how to get along with people like Malaysian who are generally very happy and friendly. rclxub.gif

Not saying that you guys/gals are all like that. Apologies on what I said.

It's just that my last trip to HK, some were okay but not friendly and we did bump into a couple of arrogant ones. Plus the fact that I saw my parents being told off by the cashier in a HK restaurant in Perth when they spoke Chinese to the latter, it really didn't leave a good impression on me. Didn't help that my acquaintances also reported the same thing when they last visited HK.

As the political and social situation is deteriorating quickly in HK, be prepared for a big in-flow of HK people with their buying power. Most people applying MM2H have been for retirement purpose in the past, I expect that many more families with kids will start coming to bigger cities in Malaysia. So, international schools and properties around them will prosper. Just my opinion.

Not sure if the extradition saga (one among many) is temporary or long term.

I wouldn't be surprised if many HK folks migrating here will opt for subsale or nearly completed under-con properties.

For a project such as this one which will only be completed in 4 or 5 years time, I think most won't take the risk unless they don't mind waiting while renting a place nearby, or even bunking in with their relatives who are already here. hmm.gif

But if you ask me, 4-5 years is an awfully long time. Who knows that the US-China war could've ended by then, or escalated further, or the current Chinese regime develops a soft spot and leaves HK alone or decides to ramp up the interference further, etc.

preserving Canto should be praised.. if HK want to stand up to PRC's propaganda, this is fundamental.

btw, canto is a much more beautiful and older language than mandarin. mandarin that we PRC learn today has much more influence from the northern barbaric tribes.
*
Even the US managed to preserve English despite being a melting pot of a myriad of cultures and languages. They even go as far as to offer classes to master English as a 2nd language for migrants without them losing their mother tongue.

I know it's not really an apple to apple comparison, but the point is like it or not, HK is already part of China and the local gov't should have encouraged learning Chinese since they'll be dealing with the latter. If Singapore, a majority Hokkien speaking country, can do it, why not them?

Is this real?

I'd take it with a grain of salt if I were you.

A lot of these 3rd party agents promote in that manner to attract attention. Only when you call/msg them will they reveal the project's name and exact location, which most of the time, turns out to be further than the actual advertised location.
