Eager to wait this as well but someone told me that all the blocks are quite near to each other quite near and not many units can see KLCC. I would like to compare this with the BBCC.

TRX sales persons need to learn a lot of service quality and knowledge. Selling 2500 per sq foot and seems frustrated to provide more info.

Can't answer me whether it is 3 or 5 blocks and how many more other resi development beside this TRX Residency and Core Residences.

Exactly, I went back to KL earlier this year and went to their sales gallery, it's closed and called a number given placed on the board. Unfriendly tone (believe not from sales background before) and said not open for public but to invited guests and literally ask me don't come back again.

I dislike their attitude of sales, i forgot the 2 girls that served me and my friend, asked when is the actual launch and price confirmation, almost entire reply is don't know with frustration tone, it's not like one, two or three years later but already collecting cheques in HK while pending APDL, at least just answer me soon, or within 2 months.

The only slightly better way than Pavilion Damansara Heights is, they will accompany you as long as you are there, acknowledged you the feeling that she believed we wont buy. If Pavilion, basically they doesn't even want to talk or serve you.

It is just a matter of time they need to reveal the actual masterplan of entire TRX. But just comment for TRX Residence by Lendlease alone, their earlier masterplan is 6 blocks and 2480 units but in HK, they show only 3 blocks and claimed that Phase 1 is 900 units from 2 blocks and next Phase is one block of 300 units. The project is inspired but too much discrepancy.

Haha, it's not hard to buy as the units are there but just too hard to get any actual information of the property. I not sure if they have obtained their APDL because most of their HK buyers already cancelling the cheques and bought other projects.

Maybe you got your unit end of last year or by this year, after they got their APDL. I not sure when they gotten their APDL, if i recall correctly it was end of 2019, the "KL projects" hot topic in HK already slowed down since then.

The agencies did their seminars for TRX somewhere in July or August 2019, I forgot the actual date but we attended 2-3 times differently bcz almost no info was given except master plan, 6 of my group submitted cheques but cannot sign SPA due to no APDL.

HK ppl die die also want to faster secure the units asap, but they waited just one or two months and still no news, they cancelled. When we attended Pavilion DH and BBCC, seminar was full and we talked to other groups, most of them also dropped TRX bcz no SPA signing date can be confirmed. I keep telling them not needed to panic buying.

Singapore is appealing due to better economy and city sustainability.

The Malaysian government were stupidly withdrawing the MM2H and it is to be decide later, they missed out plenty of investors in HK here and some really wanted to go KL and Penang for immigration. Malaysia is more mass market for HK like Bangkok, cheap and affordability. Can see Mainland Chinese reduced a lot since 2018 due to government uncertainty.

Investment in Singapore is for those close to or ultra rich. Good to see, but not many people willing to hold. These people also opt for UK and Melbourne.

The best way to sell is actually they confused themselves to confuse all foreigners.

TRX Residences was named by Lendlease in their plot with 3800 units under 6 blocks. Seriously, wonderful architecture and planning but the numbers incredible scary with such pricing. They even used themselves a 2 towers of service aparments in HK without telling the future phases.

That's not included Core Residence 700+ units by WCT + CCCG and total within TRX City is actually 4500 units. And even though Core is not related to Lendlease at all but named itself a TRX condo, TRX city condo and such. Core lay-out seems look much more feasible and staffs seems better than TRX.

There are few more small plots to be confirmed as no buyer taking the en-bloc office deal and hence likely to sold to other developer to sell as service apartment like Core.
