Can i make an authenticator w/o a mobile phone?
i dont wish to buy the keychain too.


Was told the method to cr8 authenticator wasnt as complicated as now when d3 jz came out. I jz wanted to start using rmah so i hav to go through the procedures but my phone takes long hours to dl the apps.

use the [android emulator for windows] to run the [mobile android authenticator from Blizzard].

just download.. if ur iphone already has u can click on recover to copy the same codes over.

So far I'm using it no issue (coz lazy to type by looking at iphone) - copy paste faster.

sorry to say... but imho using an emulator is just too much...
this is a much elegant solution.

Hmm, i cnt seem to register paypal with my cimb bank debit card..why is it so? or is debit card considered a master card?

Sorry TS, need to borrow your thread to ask some question regarding the authenticator too.

My situation is almost the same like you, getting the authenticator to sell things for cash , but at the same time when i log into the game I was required to key in the ath code eventhough I had unchecked the box for the ath code requirement.

Here comes the prob, I'm sharing the game with my bro's so that means if im not at home they cant play? since the authenticator is in my phone.....is there anyway to permenantly disable the code just for logging into the game?

Any sifu can help here?

I don't think so. The best bet is to use the desktop emulator so that the authenticator don't need to attached to the phone but to the desktop.

This way, run the emulator on desktop, right click on emulator n click restore..restore the codes of your authenticator and he can play..i play in cyb cafe, everytime i play i nid to dl and restore code.

If u cancel auth, i doubt u can use rmah.

yeala... restore the code to the desktop emulator one so ur bro can login lor... (this way u got 2 pieces of the authenticator, both same, one on phone and one on desktop)

u can even put strong password for the emulator if you sked other ppl use it..
