I just wanna ask, is it okay to stand and and ride (simulating going uphill) with my Tacx satori trainer? Will the side to side motion cause damange to the frame?

exams and shits are coming up.. Gotta save time so gotta ride indoor.

I guess i still leave it to riding on saddle normally and leave the riding while standing motion on the road? Having carbon rear fork doesnt help with my aluminium frame.

Btw, anyone used sigma rox9.0? Is it good/reliable?
