Dude that was kinda a bias statement right.
From my experience, ANY1 could be a noob. It doesn't really matter they have to look good or not their age; as young as 8 or as old as 50s .. I've seen really noobie adult and i've seen some kid who have the maturity as an adult as well (in WoW).

I admit was pretty much a noob when i started playing WoW. I was running around do not know what to do at certain times beside quest & grinding. I don't even know how to chat in the GENERAL chat in wow Sometimes when you ask around then they'll teach you stuff. Slowly fr there you learn stuff. I did encounter when i asked something they will tend to ignore you. No harm done just ask another fella who knows about it. WoW is a Community (MMO) there is all kind of character inside there. Please don't justify that most humans, NE or good looking characters are noobs.

Racial ability i have nothing to comment, i just wanna enjoy the game it should be.

With so many rewards from Faction NPCs now, i don't mind rolling a human character.
That +10% reputation bonus is a VERY huge advantage in a long term.
BTW, humans have nice stats to boot with for all kind of classes.

NE racials can be good in a way. good for rogues and druids. not good for hunters when patch 1.10 comes out as they can't aimshot while shadowmelded anymore. shadowmeld is canceled when you use an action now.

there are many noobs running around. not noobs as in newbies but actually useless players. i play a mage and i kill 2 marshalls easily everytime i meet them, even if they're together. they're a warrior and a druid. warrior can be excused as mages own warriors. but not this 1, everybody i know loves to kill these guys in BGs just because they suck.
i even kill some players with 5-6/8 of tier 1 set. and i only have legionnare set with some damage gear, not much. and i just love rogues that vanish and try to ambush me while i'm hopping around AOEing 4 other players.
