Awan Basar is one of main station due to park and ride concept, not to be forgotten with some commercial development beside piece of land at LRT there to make it more happening. The progress of KR2 seems very fast, now reaching the rooftop and looks like all should be be completed by year end as schedule. If the LRT operational by this year end then it will benefited KR2 and surroundings. For investor, easier to get tenant too

So our units number has changed in accordance with the bomba or whatever sequence it is..a bit disappointed since fot a nice number and now it goes a level down.

No point to speculate right now as the final works is just around the corner.
Let's see if KR2 lives up to it's price tag, despite we bought it below $450/sft.

I agree that from behind of the condo (means from Kesas) it looks not so grand because of plain. Try take a look again from the main entrance (LRT side) when it's completed to get the true feel. It's like you don't know if the lady is pretty or not looking from behind

My target is at least RM550/sft with reference of launching price at surroundings BJ which is above RM600/sft. There is still some catalyst to boost the price up a notch if the holding power is there. Even some "ulu" place launching price also trying to fetch $500/sft, unless if some members here desperate for money badly.
