Guys, I wanna ask. If I'm porting from Maxis prepaid to UMobile U28 postpaid, how long does it takes for the porting procedures?

Guys I'm having problem with the 3G, even I'm in KLCC I can only get EDGE signal, I can't get 3G signal even I'm in the middle of KL.
