yup, honestly to tell this month umobile bill got lots similar issue like yours also

lots 100 didn't reflected, but hopefully they will reflect all the 100 or 250 for MIFI user as soon as possible

communication breakdown within departments, some issue related to back end just like trying your luck

even though dealers like us trying to help also need to pass by lots procedures... hoping it will get improved asap

it is good to see you having satisfied service at your area, but thats the truth, some enjoy umobile but some couldn't just because Malaysia's 3g network not that mature like others yet,

but honestly during night 9pm i can't even load speedtest at setapak but watching PPS at jinjang kepong, that's so strange too

but time passing, like DiGi also improved lots on their CS and new plans to get competitive, we may still expect how umobile will grow soon cool2.gif

then they start charging on other telco calling and umobile number between 7pm-12am call

You try to contact the Umobile outlets where you sign up the package, maybe the center do not wavier you RM350 activation fees from your bill.
Or you can go Umobile center to check, last month due to system problem a lot of broadband customer not yet deduct the activation fees from their bill

umi 18 is using lower speed than other plan, so if normal plan like postpaid U28 or UMI 28 already experiencing slow connection, UMI 18 confirm slower cool2.gif

this is the same situation when you call DiGi when you call them at their first launch, they are bloody hell, when you call them 2nd time on their 5 years old birthday, "might be" still bloody hell, just for your information DiGi is the youngest among DiGi Maxis and Celcom, he is also already 15 years old, so i can see your all complaints are good to u-mobile, far better than for those never tried and never gave them a chance, i m very sure that in the future let say 10 years to 15 years , you or your next generation might be discussing that U-mobile CS is sooo good, Txxetxx and XxX is bloody hell ... just an example, do you agree ? cool2.gif

4 years ago you don't even know what is u-mobile, and 2 years ago they got blasting speed broadband with 1mbps speed after quota and u all keep ABUSING their leak to get unlimited data, u think if i m part of U-mobile, my first money sure hire some professional to anti these abusers, maybe there are lots get hired and watching this thread and your thread to get paid while you are expecting they increase their CS and you got chance to attack their backdoor ? haha, just an example, don't be serious just different point of view, i won't laugh you anyway if 10 years ago you said digi is sucks bla bla bla and now saying their goods, also won't laugh on you while someday you are praising u-mobile, this is the life, if you don't expect improvement, you won't complain right ? but every1 knows that you need to kick them more to get improve, i don't know this is Malaysian style or what, but for us who even knows more than a normal u-mobile CS, u-mobile dealer, or even u-mobile staff we are providing the help to others that might enjoy the good service while they are not, you can easily named some like chuahcs87, digilife .... keep helping each other to get to know more bout it, it is just like we are telling a new driver that 5-7pm don't go federal highway, use some alternative way like ....
