Now using mb68 postpaid. So can just subscribe the u28?
*
U28 U58 U88 and U168 are default plan for postpaid voice plan

then MB68 MB40 MB128 is add on pack for them

but MB68 and MB128 default plan only entitled to purchase BOOSTER, nothing else

UMI48 prepaid with 2gb but U58 postpaid with 2gb? This is the first time I come across a plan with prepaid data cheaper than postpaid data.
*
UMI 48 2gb 100mins

UMI 58 2gb 300mins ?? and entitled add on package 10cents/ min call

Hi,

I'm currently using prepaid U28, but don't like the limited 500MB 3G, not enough for me to last for a month, but 1GB will be good enough.

I want to know if I subscribe to the postpaid U28, when the bill comes, are there any government tax or service tax?
How much in total will I need to pay if I do not make any calls?

Thanks! smile.gif
*
government tax 6%

clear itemized bill RM 3, and make 0 call and mms = 28 + 6%

Guys, i've recently subscribed to UMobile MB128 and i want to get the router to share the connection with my sis. Unfortunately, the branch i went is out of stock... anywhr around Bukit Mertajam i can find the router?
*
JUST get a similar modem tp link router ok already

QUOTE(kuai_chai @ Jan 22 2013, 10:39 PM)
what is clear itemized bill rm3?
total is rm28+1.68(6%) and??
*
it would come with RM 3 itemized bill. so if you clear it and don't want the itemized bill then pure 28 + 6%

or would be 31 +6%

Hello, I got some questions here.

Let's say I have a friend who doesnt use his phone much. Just as a standby/backup or for emergency.

1) What's the cheapest plan available? Prepaid?

2) If prepaid, I reload RM10 and I can use it for 30days. So after 30days I gotta keep reloading RM10 to keep it alive for another 30days if not my previous RM10 will be forfeited right?

3) If so, after 1 year, I'll have RM120 inside there and after 2 years I'll have RM240 if I keep reloading RM10 every 30days to keep it alive right? Will this go on forever or is there a limit where they'll forfeit my collected credits?

4) Can I transfer this unused credit to another umobile prepaid line?

5) If yes, any extra charges incurred?
Thanks a lot!!
*
yup all you think is CORRECT,

and 4. 5 is impossible to transfer credits, you just keep that 240 credits, if you mean you are not using any credits for 730 days, that's ridiculous and why you are getting that sim card for ? or you just wanna keep that sim card, you may every month port to other telco for free to save your RM 10, port to xox->digi-> umobile->xox->digi->umobile, as i know these 3 also free @ center

Really really angry with U Mobile. It really has the WORST customer service among all the mobile providers. Don't bother contacting them if you've any problems cause they'll just forward it and then NEVER reply to you.

Last month I purchased the daily mobile internet plan and used it but to my horror the next day it was on PAYU and ate up all my credits instead! I keep calling and mailing them but they just say they'll forward it and then NOTHING comes back. This is the SECOND time this happened and their CS just don't care. Don't bother with UMobile unless you like getting robbed in broad daylight!
*
they mean they will forward and follow but not meaning will reply and settle rolleyes.gif

honestly, according to my experience such small cases 99% they just ignore, but what you can do is only check clearly, subscribe daily broadband then wait sms, then check balance again, then set your 24 hours so won't over the time

if still same problem found on them, then just ignore daily broadband from umobile, nothing is perfect and i think they can't improve everything yet at the moment. maybe just enjoy your cheap u28 or 20gb with 128 ? cool2.gif

Hi guys I just got the U28 yesterday. Once in awhile I get the 'R' sign on my phone that means it's using Maxis' network right? But when I scan with my phone i do not see any Maxis network here, 2G or 3G. (I was a hotlink user and father Maxis. So there should be coverage)

That's not the problem. The problem is I couldn't load any page at all. Do I have to switch on my data roaming?

Also sometimes after switching on my mobile data, I have problem connecting to any network at all. Any similar problem?
*
data roaming EDGE speed for umobile roam over maxis 2g is useless speed , only whatsapp avaialble

I want to mnp to u mobile, dunno whats the problem cause my request has been denied again, second time.yesterday just when to digi center to settle the personal information, then just received another sms said request has been denied again. why sound like so hard to mnp to u mobile. already called the cs, now just can wait for them.
*
actually the mnp process is simple, but the problem is the guideline is not clear

1st. make sure your personal detail with previous telco, wrong information,(IC number key in incorrectly by previous telco? which always happened, registered with random passport number ? registered under your father ?) PREVIOUS TELCO DENY, if u know the owner , u may ask for transfer ownership with the previous telco, if only few information wrong, then just update with them
2nd. any oustanding balance with previous telcos ? let say you wanna mnp digi prepaid, but your celcom postpaid currently oustanding 150 ( let say your monthly bill <>200-300), UMOBILE DENY
3rd. is the line to be mnp is the ONLY MAIN LINE ? if it is a supp line, or a main line with supp line, got 2 options: 1. convert the supp into INDEPENDENT main line, then ok, or MNP ALL main line and supp lines together
4th. any contract with previous telco ?

make sure above are ready, then mnp is within fastest half day, slowest 7-14 days depends on the their mood sweat.gif

Hi

What can I do once my mobile Internet UMI28 is throttled? Since Booster only lasts for 3 days.

Loading Facebook can take sometimes and it's quite irritating.
*
so next time get the 48 or 40 for 2gb, then no need to buy the booster or try enjoy the irritating cool2.gif

ya, last time they told me my ic no. key in incorrectly, but yesterday i already went to digi center to settle, but just called digi cs again, she said my ic number key in incorrectly again, i showed them my original ic yesterday, i dunno wat that fellow din help me to change or still key in incorrectly. the number is under my name ,prepaid n is main line.waste my time going here going there. so,now only thing i can do is go to cs change my detail again ,right?
*
ya, thats why i mention (THEY ALWAYS KEY IN YOUR IC INCORRECTLY , which is too high percentage that you can't believe) so what you can do is update again or give up mnp (this is the result they want )
