Almost half of the month I cannot use the internet and 18 GB of quota just fly like that if the problem is not resolved within this month...  agree with digilife too, what i mean is strongly suggest that you should report this so they knew the exact problem, since they will just reply you what they see thru the system but not face to face settle your problem like TM old style.. unfortunately we can't contact to their technician and their technician almost 99% won't call us... their different departments work separately and always can't solve the problem efficient enough... so better show them how serious it is, fight for the better
