Dear Unifi and Streamyx users,
Please configure Google DNS 8.8.8.8 either at your smart tv or at your router to avoid video can't be played or slow in loading channel list. Not sure whether it is due to TMNET DNS is overloaded or poor in resolving the domain name. Hope this helps... |

You don't have to update the app. The app will auto updated to the latest version every time you launch the app. The IP stuff is only for new installation or user had deleted the app and required reinstall.
