1. Supported latest 2013 F-Series Samsung Smart TV/Bluray Player.
2. Added more latest movies.
3. Quick updates drama series (updated few hours later after live broadcast).
4. Migrated to a more reliable and fast response server.
5. Major bug fixes and fine-tuning.

By norm the window shouldn't be auto closed, it should be the same as shown in the video. Not sure whether it is hardware or other technical issue..

Normally Samsung support will advise you to update to the latest firmware to ensure it is not software problem.

Sorry.. I never encounter this problem before... You may also call your local Samsung support to come to your home to troubleshoot this. If it is the hardware problem, they may fix it on the spot by changing the board, just to inform them in advanced regarding this issue. Samsung support is Good smile.gif

Ya. It is better to contact Samsung support and also inform them that you are using the display unit. If i'm not mistaken, the display unit may configure to use the demo mode, where the settings might be different from the normal set.

You may also refer to the following article on how to reset it to factory default settings, but it is advisable to check with Samsung support before perform any action which may harm your TV smile.gif

There is some problem with the dns ... can you please follow the instruction below, enter 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) at the DNS Server field at your Samsung TV..
