any problem with the server? i feel some channels now are slower than before. lots of more 'buffering'

There is no 'assteruk' channels available.

Dear Unifi and Streamyx users,

Please configure Google DNS 8.8.8.8 either at your smart tv or at your router to avoid video can't be played or slow in loading channel list.

Not sure whether it is due to TMNET DNS is overloaded or poor in resolving the domain name.

Hi, Ive followed your instructions for my F5500 model but I keep getting error message "Unable to connect to the server. Please try again later" after it displays a 'connecting' symbol for more than 20secs . I have also changed my DNS setting to 8.8.8.8 but to no avail. I have updated my tv software and tried both methods of entering the password and without it. Please kindly advise.

Hi ..i just donate for another year and immediately get updated my expire date. Thks for that.
Anyway.seem like i found out many channel now is not watchable. ( i seldom watch tv n most of the time my wife is enjoying this with all the korean n HK drama ) I try the hidden channel as well n most of them got no more content. Izzit bcoz of the DNS configuration tat u mentioned or others reason???
BTW how to configure the Google DNS at my TV...

Hi jagjag,

You may follow the following guide to set the Google dns (8.8.8.8) at your Samsung Smart TV:
1. Press the MENU button at your Samsung Remote Control.
2. Select the Network -> Netwrk Status
3. After your TV detected your network, press the "IP Settings" button.
4. Move the cursor to DNS Server and press ENTER
5. Enter 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) at the DNS Server field and press OK.
6. Done.

Please check your PM for the Korean & HK Drama issue.

i've try following ur guide but when i enter the 8.8.8.8 at the dns server field n press ok it show a msg box stated tat the ip add is not valid....so i press return n do it again...the ip
is shown as 8888...so izzit ok o not now??
