I am one of those members who was so badly brainwashed by Mc-Ocean that I became their pawn for 2 years. I even achieve the status of KP, and then I quit because I finally wake up and see that everything was a COMPLETE LIE.

When you reached a higher rank like CKP and then KP, only then many things start to surface out. Then you realised that YOU GOT SCAMMED, BADLY! But it is too late to escape now with so many active downlines under you and when you are a fulltimer (you need your downline to make money to survive).

Some lies that you will not be told about Mc Ocean during the “3 Stages of Filtration Process”:

1. The interview (1st stage) is a complete BS! – 100 ppl who goes there, 100 of them are invited to the office to see the Marketing Plan. Why? Because the Uplines are always desperate for income, I mean seriously DESPERATE. Many KPs and PPs never make money for months straight.

2. KPs make RM 20k – 100k every month, while PPs make RM 100k and above – This is the WORST lie I am forced to tell my downlines and others! In our Mc-Ocean monthly Income statements, our income was faked with a RM 20k boost. If I make RM 1k that month it will appear as RM 21k instead in my statement to "prove" that I made RM 20k EVERY MONTH.

In truth, many KPs makes less than RM 20k every YEAR. Why? Read No. 5.

3. If No.2 is correct, why so many KPs and PPs are driving BMW and Mercedes? BECAUSE THOSE CARS ARE NOT THEIRS, BUT A RENTAL. They just renew their rental every year.

During KP meetings, KPs are constantly pressured by the Princes (No name mentioned, just know 1 is an Indian man and the other 1 is a arrogant Chinese, both names start with “S”) to rent a fancy car to make yourself look “RICH & SUCCESSFUL”, so SPs will aspire to recruit more downlines and then you can increase your Sales.

4. A lot of KPs and CKPs and even PPs got to this position by buying SPs. Yes, I was 1 of them being conned by my upline to buy SPs to hit quota and get promoted. He told me that I should be KP fast by taking more Bank Loans and said that I can afford to pay them back with my RM 20k – 100k monthly income. In truth, your upline KP is even poorer than you, with hundred thousand to million ringgits of debts.

(Do not be deceived by the recent 2 PP that he is rich, both of them took out heavy loans to buy their KPs so they can be PPs)

5. Hidden cost in this biz – This is very technical and only those who are SP and above will understand what I am saying. In short, for those that haven’t join this scam and planned to, DON’T, JUST DON’T.

If you have attended the final session of the 3rd stage (aka MNU), which is called Y33. They will show you a “Financial Planning” which show how by just recruiting 1 person every month you can make 5 Figure Income as a SP. Let me just be frank, this is a complete lie because:

a) There is a maintenance cost of RM 1900 every month as a SP. Yeah, Mc-ocean will say it is “flexible”. But if you want to make money from your downline’s Sales, you must pay it 1st from your Pocket. Lets say you make RM 3400 of SP Generation Bonus on the month of July, by 31st of July you must buy RM 1900 worth of products only can you get your RM 3400 on 15th of August every month. So minus all the cost you actually only make:

RM 3400 – RM 1900 + RM 532 (a little rebate from your SP’s 33% rebate) = RM 2032 only

Logically, can you survive with this income every month as a fulltimer?

b) You can EITHER make money from your RECRUITMENT OR SPGB, not BOTH. This is the biggest lie that your upline KP will NEVER tell you unless it happened, and you question them.

Yes, this is true. Yes, let’s say you recruited 1 friend as SP and your friend recruited 2 friends as SP:

What Mc-Ocean KP will tell you in MNU:

Your income = RM 4000 (from your recruitment) + 2x RM 1700 (from your friend’s 2 friend) = RM 7,400

What actually you make:

Since RM 4000 > 2x RM 1700.

Mc- Ocean will ONLY give you RM 4000.

So far from the RM 10k, 20k & even 50k that they portray to you.


c) SP Generation can only last for 5 generations, NOT 10 as what was presented – You can only earn from your 6th to 10th Generation’s income when you recruited your 6th SP. What the upline KPs always say is you only need to recruit 5 person and you can make “Passive Income” for the rest of your life is just nonsense. If so, why the KPs now are so desperately recruiting for themselves? No money mah…


6. This is your own business, you can do it anytime, how you like as you please... ... MY ASS!

The truth is, KPs and above all have KPIs they have to meet every year, including 1 of them, having to suck up to their upline PP. If the PP dislike you then that is it, your KP/ PP position is at risk to be terminated due to not recommended to stay.

That is why the KPs are all obedient lap dogs of their upline PP, licking their balls wherever he goes. How different is Mc-Ocean to employment world, where you have a boss on top of you that boss you around?

Here is worse, because these upline PPs will make you do tell lies, cover up truths, destroy a certain member's network etc. And you cannot say NO, if you do then you are next in line to be terminated.



I see the forum is only talking about victims of RM 2k or losing their RM 35k. This can talk down new people from joining Mc- Ocean but it cannot convince many existing SPs to stop what their doing. I hope this insight can share a new light to the darker places of Mc-Ocean. All these lies are always not told to you or even your friend who introduced this biz to you.

When you start questioning your uplines, only then that KP will reluctantly “REVEAL” these revelation to you…

I was one of those being lied to again and again by my upline KP, who used my Trust, my Hopes and Dreams as a weapon against to make me run this business and make them richer.

Because of Mc-Ocean, I am drowned in RM 100,000 worth of debts and I have lost so many of my friend's and family trust towards me… I hope this can help to convince you, say NO to Mc-Ocean!

I am afraid I do not have, sorry.

That is why all Mc-Ocean Upline KPs and PPs are trained to scam through word of mouth.

I am sure many SPs are not aware of this until it happens to them, only then your KP be like "uh, ah, actually hor... " That was what actually happened to me when I questioned my upline KP. And I am expected to lie the same lie I am lied to to my downlines.

If you have any SP friend still in Mc-ocean, you can ask them are they aware of these things? I am sure a lot of them will say NO.

My upline gave me a contact of this "Runner"/ "Banker" called Ramesh (His contact Number is: 010-2124251).

As per what @Mcoceansatishcon said, the following day, right after MNU. We are told by PP and Upline KP to do sourcing with those positive prospect immediately (they are now in a drugged stage of excitement, which the "fire" will die in 48 hours).

We will 1st go BNM to print the prospect's CCRIS then we will snap a photo to be sent to Ramesh. Then he will advise on what can be done, need or don't need to do adjust the CCRIS Score.

If needed to be done, we will bring the prospect to a Hong Leong Mach or RHB Bank (both are in Klang Area) whereby Ramesh and his gang will adjust the prospect's CCRIS score to get a maximum amount of loan from HL Mach, the balance his peers at RHB will loan. So in total they will make the prospect loan (RM 36,000 + 6% which is around RM 2160) = RM 38,160.

HL & RHB approved loan will take less than 1 hour to bank into the prospect's account. Once prospect get the loan approval SMS, KPs will ask prospect to withdraw RM 2160 to be given to Ramesh as commission.

Then the "Runner' job is done, the balance will bring prospect go to nearby bank to make Bank Drafts and then immediately buy products to "Seal the Deal".

At night will send you for training at SD Office to give you "confidence" to run the business.

A few things that PP and Upline KPs will teach you to do:

1. Be "nice" to new SPs for 6 months so they will not withdraw.
2. All SP must buy the water filter and must install as soon as possible. So if they withdraw they cannot return the water filter. Reduce the refund needed to return by uplines when a SP withdraw.
3. SPs are our "money making machines", so no matter what must make them pay up RM 35k to become a SP.

That is how Mc-Ocean Practices the brainwash. Keeping you high in excitement so you blindly do as the KPs say, without knowing that you are already in a scam.

MNU, the last event was a brainwash session, where upbeat musics are played, alot cheering and dancing by the so-called millionaires, testimonies after testimonies by KPs to psycho you to believe everyone can do this business and dropping RM 35k to their pockets is no big deal, you can easily earn it back within 6 months time.

The entire event is setup just like a motivational speech seminars, the speech, the way the members are taught to cheer, the music, the flow are all to make you believe you can do anything (I would call this being HIGH, not POSITIVE as they put it).

Mc-Ocean's Theme is "We Care, We Share"...

I guess we can see how much of a hypocrite your upline is.

In any case, he has no right to ask you to leave. If he dares to, feel free to complain to the Old Town White Coffee Branch Manager that these people are hogging the seats and chasing you, a customer from entering their store.

That was pretty much how Mc-Ocean members are being chased off from one Old Town White Coffee & Paparich to another.

@Mr.World Weary, KPs get to take loans because they are not using their own credentials to get it (use individual CCRIS score), rather using their "company's credential" (Mc- Ocean Account) to apply for BUSINESS LOANS. Business loans have longer & more flexible payment terms and lower interest rate, so I am told.

As long as they present 6 months of consistent high income with their Mc- Ocean Account, to the runner, the runner can apply his magic to apply business loans from 1 or several banks (not limited to HL and RHB only).

KPs who apply this are usually those who wanna get the deposit to rent their BMW/ Mercedes, or about to challenge to be PP. If they do not have consistent high income for 6 months, what will happen is they will get PP to pump in money to the KP, then the KP use the money to buy loads of products, so the purchase rebates will appear as their income for the following month. Then when it is closed to 6 months, they will abuse the 6 months return policy, withdraw all the products back to Mc-Ocean, return back the money to the PP.

With that, their business financial statement will appear every beautiful for them to apply for more loans.

That was how the Indian PP S. pumped one of his leg, CKP J. to become KP J., same tactic used by the Chinese PP S. pumped KP A. & KP MK..

(if you do not know what am I talking about, it is OK. I am referring to how the 2 latest PPs got their position by pumping their downlines.)

@joshuain9, let me firstly say I admired your courage to withdraw. I really wished I had that courage in the beginning 6 months in this Scam. I had the intention to do so back then but I did not because no one told me I am in a trap.

The point 5 (b) is still happening as of now, its just that very few SPs voiced up about it only when they saw 4k in their account or when their KPs talked them down. When I found out about it, I was not happy that I did not get the income that I expected. But it took me awhile to connect the dots... That this means that Y33 is a BULLSH*T!!! Then now that you know, do spread this out to your SP friends to be aware of this.

Yea man, you can only get back the 32%, minus the RM5.5k rebate and GST some more, it becomes a petty number. The rest you have to demand your uplines to pay you back.

But nevertheless, you still get something to minimize your monthly installment, in my time alot of my network left the business, having to suffer payment of RM 1k+ every month because they left Mc-ocean late. Turn away as soon as possible, you are in a legalised scam business.

Just an advise, if your fear that you cannot afford to pay RM 1k every month for the next 5 years, do not be ashamed to seek help from AKPK. They can help you lessen your installment burden without you declaring bankruptcy/ blacklisted. That was what my downline told me when we met again after quiting Mc-Ocean.

It is all written in the GP Form that you signed during the 2nd stage. You can get it from mc-ocean counter bro.

U mean Saturday 1pm till late is VR session at Publika?

Usually when a KP buy an SP, that SP is someone close to he/ she, that just act as a dummy SP (i.e: will not be active in the business).

For example, the indian PP S back then when he only a SP, he has 4 SP under him, so he short of 1 SP to become a CKP, what he did was that he loan RM 34k and register his own mother as his 5th SP. Then used his mother's account to buy RM 34k products. Then his mother is now an SP and S got 5 SP under him to be elevated to CKP, which he will rely on the 4 SP's network to push him up to become KP.


He is the 1st to practice this, then comes a series of KPs and CKPs all follow his practice:

Chinese PP S 5th SP was his wife, other KPs are their brother/ sisters, parents or their BF/ GF.

Technically this is not illegal to Mc-ocean because they only see the RM 34K sales they make. But the practice of making a member to loan another RM 35k when he is still paying off his RM 35K, is despicable and heartless! Not like those A**HOLE KPs will help the CKP to pay off the RM 70K debts after 6 months, and even after 6 months, that new RM 35K he will not get the full amount refunded too!

So when this backfires, the CKP not only unable to become a KP, but ended up with now drowned in RM 50K at least worth of debts!

Not just Sales Target, they have to be trainers and speakers for those brainwashing talks, and lastly being recommended by their PP.

In other words, you have to be PP's obedience DOG. Anything he orders you to do, you must do. If 2 consecutive years a KP did not meet his KPI, he will lose his KP position.

So much for FINANCIAL FREEDOM, PASSIVE INCOME and BUSINESS OWNERSHIP that they always promise new members ... All bull sh*t.

@Dinosaur33, you are right, their behaviour is what made me very sure that they do not RM 20k - 100k per month as they brag. I know of a KP that steals money from other KPs purses or eat other member's meal during gatherings. Everytime say "We are family", "Bros must share share", "He's very economical" etc...

As for the products:

2. Enerfiber = Fruits and Vegetable
3. Ener369 = Mangosteen
4. Enerbest = Barley

NOTHING beats natural stuff, if want to be healthy, just buy FRESH from the market and exercise. Way way better effect that those overpriced processed crap they sell!

Back then I have been fighting to lose weight. I tried the Enerbest. I drank so many tins to replace my meals and my weight just cannot drop. Because of consuming only these products, my body do not have the sufficient nutrient and I always get sick easily.

Now I am eating regular meals and exercising daily. I have not been sick for a very long time and my body has toned up.

Who needs their sh*tty products to be healthy?

Here is what you should know:

1) Like i said, you can ONLY profit from either OVERRIDING or Generation Bonus. So if there is 1 SP, the KP will only get either 3% Overriding or (SPGB + Contribution Bonus of 2%)(Whichever is higher, but not both).

i.e: 3% of RM 35k = RM 1k

SP lets say is the 1st Gen, then RM35k * (5+2)% = RM 2450 (this will be the income of the KP)

U can see, the Contribution Bonus is rigged as such that KP can only earn from the Generation Bonus, which means he must pay Maintainence (1800BV). Mc-ocean always must profit from a KP EVERY MONTH.


2) KPGB is like SPGB, but only 7% distributed for 5 Gen only, i.e: 3%, 2%, 1%, 0.5%, 0.5%.

If the SP is the 6th Gen of yours, your SPGB = 0 (If you have 5 SP Downline, can only capture 5 Gen of SPGB.)

And this SP is the direct of your KP, i.e: 1st Gen KPGB, therefore RM 35k * 3% = RM 1000

Note: KPGB got its own maintenance amount. I do not know the amount as it was hidden from me and I have no KP under me before I left.


3) Yes, true. Lesser after deducting the Maintanence.

You can calculate by yourself in your Group Chat, how many people signed up as SPs. To make RM 20K do you know you need approximately 10- 20 people to signed up as SP (this value varies as it depends on which Gen also).

If a KP show you that he made RM 20k ++ income from his Mc-Ocean Account. DO NOT BELIEVE IT AT ALL. The income was PUMPED UP (+ a RM 20k fake boost to make it looks so) .

Just another revelation to all, when you become a KP, you have to attend a "Angkat Sumpah" ceremony. Suffice to say, it is to make you swear to keep adhere with all the dirty tricks OR risk being blacklisted and losing your KP position and Mc- Ocean membership. That is why so many KP just keep doing it because of fear...


[They have all become full timers, left employment for too long, and piled with debts. They are pretty much Stuck with Mc-Ocean until it collapse.]

4) In LTT, the PP and KPs involved will give you the ultimate brainwash session to become numb completely from the truth and blindly follow whatever direction Mc-Ocean is heading.

- For 3D2N you will be constantly screamed at and yelled at by the PPs and KPs as "Stupid, Selfish, Idiots, all the vulgar words you can find in Google will be used on you". Everything you do in every activity is wrong and you get yelled at for everything.

- The 2 nights you will be 100% deprived of Sleep. They say you need to use that time to do your Group Chear and Color your Team Flag. In reality this is to weaken your Mind Barrier. Your ability to reason and differentiate right and wrong is greatly reduced, which makes it easier for them to brainwash. You will be turned into someone who would do whatever it takes to achieve your dreams, even if it means stepping on other people's dreams, backstabbing, using other people. After all, you feel that there is NO RIGHT & WRONG in this world.

- And like 3D, they will psycho you to believe Mc-ocean is your saviour. You must protect it at all cost from negativities and must follow it wherever it goes. You will feel as if you cannot live without Mc-ocean and want to give your life to protect it.

Sounds very much like a Agama Sesat right?

The 3 days was a torture for me when I would not give in to whatever the PP yelled and forced me to do. Although they are just acting, what the true motives behind their activities made me even more in conflict inside.

Will I be willing go to that far, lying to my downlines, giving them false hopes just so they will trust me and dumped in RM 35k just so I can make a good income to buy whatever I desire? Even do that to my closest friends and families?



I hope this helps. I would appreciate that you share this out to your SP friends. Believe me when I say, that your Upline KP will wait until LAST MINUTE, when it happens to you (like maintenance) , only then will they reveal it to you. If you do not question them, they will keep it hidden from you until forever.

The Billboard itself is just for show only.

There were times when the Sales of Mc-ocean was so low that those that only have gotten 1 SP in their network can be in billboard.

Also, additional info, if the KP got a new CKP under him/ her. HE/ SHE WILL DEFINITELY be in Billboard. Doesn't matter his/ her sales.

Back then, 1 of the Chinese Woman KP took advantage of this to hit billboard every month. Every month, She persuade one of her downlines with 4 SPs to buy their 5th SP by taking another RM 33k Loan. So of course when the SPs did so, they become CKP, which in turn made her to hit billboard consecutively ever month. That is why is her network she has very few KPs under her but dozens of dead CKPs.

In truth, she only have 1 SP worth of Sales.

FUN FACT: Did you know that hitting Billboard is also 1 of the KPI of a KP? All the more motivation to convince SP to buy SPs.

@Vinsmoke Reiju, when you are at CKP/ KP level and you have attended LTT. That was when your upline KP and PP will reveal their true colors to you. Unlike back in SP days when your KP and PP always smile in front of you and sweet talk you, they will be rude and harsh to you as if you are trash.

They will openly scold you and threaten you with losing your KP Position when you fail to do what they want. They suddenly become disrespectful and rude, sometimes even attack you in the Whatsapp group chat to pressure you to do something.

That was one of the reason why I woke up, so all the things we experience during SP time is just a Drama, all fake acting only.

At KP level, you will find lesser and lesser "team support" exist. You cannot trust your upline/ sideline KP because they will report whatever concerns you shared to them to the PP and then the PP will get you into private talks to psycho you. They will label you as a negative person just because you have doubts or speak up against what they did wrong.

So yeah, its quite a POLITICAL DRAMA up at the top, not as sweet as during SP & GP... 180 degrees OPPOSITE!



As for your LTT question, its been years ago so I will just share the activities back then:

- All the PP doesn't smile at all, all looks angry.
- PP will make you write all the title you have in your life (KP, Occupation, Level etc), and then order you the tear the paper and throw into the dustbin.
- No more "Apa Khabar Semua" cheer, all prohibited throughout the 3 days, no more PP and KP calling, all trainers are known as TUAN/ PUAN.
- Have to practice Group Cheers, paint your poster to advertise your group and Flag. But you got no time to do it except after 11pm.

Day 2
- Early morning need to present your cheer, advertisement and flag. Then all team get scolded badly for doing a lousy job. Some hardwork are being destroyed by trainers before your eyes.
- Then 1 by 1 those members/ team that was caught going back into the Hotel Rooms to sleep are being scolded. Saying their lazy thats why created such terrible results! Their expectation is that all members must stay awake till morning to finish up the painting work. We are ordered to rework everything on the 2nd night. Any group caught sleeping will be punished.
- Activity #1: Trainer will physically push you down to the corner, rudely shout at you with harsh words like "you're useless, you don't amount to anything etc". All you can reply is "buang!" (Throw away) to resist all the "negativities".

- Activity #2: Build your dream Mc-Ocean Office... and then get stepped on by the Trainers. Trainers will destroy your effort right before your eyes so members will start rioting to protect their work.

- Activity #3: Find your team mate - 2 of your teammates are hidden somewhere in the hotel, you have to look for them AFTER dinner. But when some teams went for dinner, they were yelled at for eating without the entire team present. Then the trainers will make you feel bad for abandoning your teammates and eating by yourselves. Calling your team a bunch of SELFISH LOSERS.

- Activity #4: Bankruptcy game - All the points in ALL teams will be drained to ZERO. And then the Team Leader is forced to call out 2 people in the team to be sent home & considered that he or she did not complete LTT. Then the chosen 2 will be put on stage to be publicly humiliated as SELFISH & COWARDS who chose to run away, the Team Leader will be shamed for making poor decision to choose those members.

[In truth I was more than happy to get out of this stupid camp, wasted my time and I am really sick and exhausted. But instead of sending us back, the trainers just shuffle us into different groups... F*ck.]

-Activity #5: Complete the puzzle: Each members are given a set of puzzle, but you will realised your puzzle can NEVER be completed. Only way you can complete it is by breaking the rules and work with your teammates by exchanging puzzle pieces. You get shouted at by Trainers but you have to keep on breaking the rules.

[Members are also given the option to give up the puzzle and just go back to their respective tables, only later to get scolded (as expected) for giving up.]

- At 11 pm, all member stayed back at Hotel Lobby to complete the Flags and Posters and Team Costumes. Not allowed to sleep until the next morning.


Day 3
- Activity #5: Auction House - With the points you earned you have to bid against other teams to win a certain assets. If you have not enough points you can borrow from the bank.

In the end, everyone wanted to outbit each other, all teams will be in SUPER HEAVY DEBTS to the bank. So in order to win, ALL TEAMS MUST GIVE UP their fighting and competing and unite as 1 team SD.

- Then seeing this the trainers start to smile back and they start saying how hard it is to act angry la and apologize for all the rude things they say la, etc... BOOHOO!

- By end of Day 3 your upline KP & PP will be there, to console you and then further brainwash you into believing in the Mc- Ocean Culture & Team, as if it is a Paradise for the hopeless.
- It was late at night after Day 3 of LTT, so a group of 4 of us ended up have to rent a Hotel Room and dropped asleep right after shower, slept until noon and then check out and leave Johor back to KL.




So there you have it. Most of the activities of LTT I could recall. I missed a couple of things, but mostly that is it.

My suggestion is, don't even bother to go LTT. Its just another 3D but worse. EVERYTHING is about psychoing you to BLINDLY BELIEVE IN MC- OCEAN and give your upline KP and PP and free pass to scold you and disrespect you in future.

[You will notice the way the KP treats people that attended LTT and those that did not VERY DIFFERENTLY.]

The only reason your upline KP persuade you to attend LTT, OR ANY CAMPS IN FACT, is because they have committed a certain amount of attendance expected in their networks and paid for it beforehand.

If they committed 10 people, they have paid RM 600 x 10 tickets = RM 6,000 to the PP.

So they are finding people to fill up only. Of course they get upset and start to become Hard Selling to you when you are expected by them to be going for LTT but you decided not to go... Then comes all the Tee up crap, keep bringing people to talk you into going.

@blueterry626, better that you warn your SP friend not to buy his 5th SP in order to challenge... Alot of my peers did not make it doing so.

Did not managed to complete as KP, network crashed and now drowned in RM 70K debts. They have to suffer paying RM 2k + every month to the Bank for 5 years, no thanks to Mc-Ocean.

Its like this, when you are good at a certain thing during an event, the PP will choose you to be the PIC of that thing forever. And he will choose you and set the date when you are the PIC without your consent. Talk about slavery...

As for major events like CNY, Hari Raya & Deepavali, all the product gifts are from our own. PP will force all KP and CKP to donate their products to become gifts to the public.
